其實夫妻間的意見不一致，無須拿法律條款來找依據，If you win a battle but you lose the war,那又有什麽意義呢？還是要把目光聚焦在維護夫妻關係上，而不是用法律條款來製服對方，因為對方不是你的敵人，夫妻間本來就不該有輸贏，應該是雙贏！夫妻關係應該是我們最優先考慮的關係，而不是和“客人”的關係，不是嗎？
