我的目的不是避稅，是為了爭取工作單位的大學補助。

我現在單位工作快5年了。5年後，我就有資格為孩子上大學申請補助，單位每學年補助40%學費。倆孩子，每人4年大學算，可以總共補助12萬美元。

但是單位的大學補助，隻能給我的DEPENDENT。假如不鬧離婚。。。哀。

就想找個兩全其美的解決辦法。多謝關心。
