單位有規定DEPENDENT，一定要居住在一起嗎？如果是離婚，但共同擁有孩子的撫養權，並每月付撫養費，以及孩子在你的健康保險cover之下，這些都不能算DEPENDENT嗎？

最好找HR的人問清楚具體的規定。
