分居-離婚後，不跟孩子生活，如何在報稅上，讓孩子成為DEPENDENT？

正在辦分居，LP要留下養孩子，要我離開。但是我工作單位需要孩子是我的DEPENDENT，以後孩子上大學才有40%的補助。

請問有什麽辦法，讓報稅上麵看，孩子是我的DEPENDENT，但是孩子又可以跟媽媽生活呢？
