如果你認為房東提供的居住條件，不能滿足居住的要求

比如該修繕的地方沒有修，可以去小額法庭告他們，如果你贏了case，法庭可以要求他們限時修好，他們還不能趕你搬家，這期間你是不用付房租的，因為他們提供的環境不符合要求。
