繼子女經常辱罵我和丈夫，該怎麽辦

我和丈夫在2006年結婚，他與前妻有兩個孩子。去年我來到美國後，兩個小孩用辱罵、破壞衣物各種手段欺辱我，導致我流產。丈夫很懦弱，因為他失業，暑假小孩回中國。現在丈夫患病需要回中國手術，我需要陪同回去。可是小孩堅持要回美國。美國沒有人照顧他們。（一個14歲，一個12歲）我們離開美國，政府會起訴我們嗎？

另外，其前妻在與我老公保持婚姻關係時多次越軌，老公懷疑孩子不是他親生的孩子，想做一個親子鑒定，如果不是他的孩子，可以把孩子還給他前妻嗎？
