在家具店受傷，尋求幫助，謝謝！

昨天去家具店買家具，身後的一塊床板突然倒了，正好砸在我的後腳踝上，流了一些血，腫了很高，走路很困難。對方是一個local小店，裏麵的經理非常不nice,report都不願意給我們，還是其他美國顧客堅持要他給report,否則要我們call911，才給了我們一個report，裏麵也注明說在我被砸幾分鍾後，另一塊同樣位置的床板因為其他顧客晃動它後邊的家具，導致它也差點倒了，再次砸到我，這一點他們的店員在場，可以證明。我去了急診，因為需要等很長時間，後來就回家了。結果今天腳腫的更厲害，也更疼，周圍全是於青。但我覺得骨頭也許沒有被嚴重傷到，但因為無法行走，我不能回我所在的城市上班。我想谘詢在這種情況下，我需要怎麽做，需要去醫院檢查，找律師嗎？非常感謝！
