contact with store's liability insurance. they will ask for medical report, medical bills, and compensation you want in writing.
compensation expectation should be medical bill + loss of income ( due to not return to your job), sum x 3, this will cover all loss plus pain and suffering. it will depends on how cooperative the insurance company is and how good a negotiator you are.
it's not worth it to get a lawyer.
