賀梅案代表了一個並非抽象的概念：中國人的父母權

遺憾的是，賀梅案結束三年後，
很多中國人到現在也不明白什麽叫做“基本權利”，
洋文稱"fundamental rights".
而在糾纏賀紹強與羅秦類似是否是天下第一完人的問題。
美國最高法院接過一個流浪漢的案子，他在他睡覺的廣場
發現了一個違背憲法原則的句子，最後打到了最高法院。
