請這裏的高人幫我看看我的權利和義務是什麽?

我在德州兩年多前, 我和我老公結婚後 搬進了他自己貸款建的房子,幾天後,他帶我去Title company, 在不明白的情況下簽署了一些文件, 如Deed of Trust, Designation of Homestead Affidavit, Truth-in-lending disclosure statement, Occupancy and financial status affidavit 等共六份closing 文件.但在type of loan 文件settlement statement 中的borrower 我沒簽名. 我困惑的是: 我的一些簽名是在borrower 裏的, 這樣是不是我也得承擔還款哪? 連帶責任是什麽? 比如,老公破產了, 離婚了, 是不是也得分一半債務呢? 有沒有可能把我的名字去掉呢? 謝謝!
