Onlything means for you is you agree the lender forclosure the house if you and your hu*****and not pay.

You are not liable for the loan. But if both of you not pay, you have to move out as well.

The document may not define your name on title or not. But not important as in Texas, even your name not on title, you still own some interest of the house.
