殺豬匠一般都有一根長40-50公分的磨刀榜。用刀在豬後腳處切一個小口子,然後用磨刀棒沿著豬皮下麵捅進去,到豬腹部,然後開始吹氣,吹到整個豬身體鼓脹起來,用細繩子把豬腳綁起來,用刮毛刀刮毛。當然刮毛前用開水燙一下,也許就是所謂的死豬不怕開水燙吧
