父親節的大龍蝦

後天就是父親節？從來沒有人給我過過父親節，因此沒有人給我買過父親節禮物。

在食品店裏左顧右看發現龍蝦降價了，$6.99/磅，前兩個月可是$9.99/磅呢？

“有沒有個頭大於2磅的龍蝦？”，我問店員。

“有幾隻5磅大的龍蝦。”，店員答道說。

“請來2隻最大的龍蝦。”，我說。

“一樣的價格”，店員撈出2隻很大的龍蝦，“太大了，我們不給煮。”，店員補充道。

“謝謝，我帶回家裏麵蒸煮。”

放在很大的蒸鍋蓋子裏麵

將近10磅重，不到$70，真的很便宜。2002年在Cape Cod見到過5磅重的龍蝦，此後再也沒見到過這麽大的龍蝦。

蒸熟後，一隻是黑的。

用一個羹匙做參考比較龍蝦的大小。

看這個大夾子有多麽大。
