老中能做上市大公司高級管理工作嗎？若能，如何準備？

我是指60s、70s的老中－有一定的語言、文化的障礙，但技術、管理能力、及較強的經濟頭腦，我是指企業管理－總經理級以上的工作，而不是技術性強的是。別怪我，想當初學英語是為了考試，而不是為了用、為了交流、為了說。看看大家怎說！
