請大家出出主意，我的簡曆應該怎麽投

有個獵頭公司在幫我找工作，他說如果我自己找到公司的招聘廣告，首先告訴他們，不要自己投簡曆，因為他們可以直接把簡曆遞到經理手上，請問我是自己遞簡曆，還是讓他們遞，謝謝了
