On the other hand, just as many others worry about...

...the snowballing cost of an increasingly bankrupt entitlement society.  The national debt, the future of the future generations, and the overall degradation of moral values (hardworking, individual responsibility, etc.) weigh heavy as they ponder how to cast their votes this election cycle. 

Nothing is quite black or white (no pun intended); rather, serious issues beget serious deliberations, resulting in serious disagreements even in less polarized societies.
