房市和股市，兩者不能比回報和難易程度

房市穩，時間周期長，隻要現金流是正的，就繼續持有。

如果技術好，股市回報當然會快，也比較高。股市不定性太大，一時的盈利如果不cash out, 還是有賠錢的可能的。

有房產墊底，可能在股市上對風險的忍受程度會比較高。
