求助，這個deposit的trust account到底是什麽？

Security deposits from the tenant in residential dwelling units shall be deposited in a trust account with a licensed and federally insured depository institution or a trust institution authorized to do business in this State, or the landlord may, at the landlord's option, furnish a bond from an insurance company licensed to do business in North Carolina.

房子在北卡，以上是要求。

去銀行問了，banker也不知道。問了身邊的一個老地主，他說隻要是和平時的生活賬號分開就可以了。

倒底什麽是trust account?任意一個business account就可以了嗎？可是房子是在個人名下的，deposit放公司名下似乎也不合理（而且還沒辦公司呢）。難道要開個公司，然後用公司賬號，並且title轉公司名下？那個人地主是不是就不能存在了？
