用trust investment account 的申請人

一個白玉房，租金比較貴（$7000/month). 來了一個申請人.本人是sales director of a car dealer. 大概$9000/month. 說房租從他有錢老爹給他設立的trust investment account 裏出。 sent me the statement and it looks normal. 也同意把老爹加到lease 上（雖然老爹不會住這）。這個老爹人不在本地，沒法見麵。 這個情況會是騙子嗎？
