Help: RFE for NIW

Dear Friends:

NIW, application in Mar. 2003, deny in Dec. 2004 (my attorney and I have not received the denial letter); RFE in May 2005

The VSC want me to submitted some evidence, which should include, but is not limited to copies of the beneficiary's:

a. patents and copyrights
b. grant proposals
c. peer reviewed articles and citation history demonstrating their impact;
d. performance evaluations for the last five to ten years
e. work that has been evaluatied in independent journals, and
f. awards for his/her work in the field......

I got my Ph D. in China nine years ago and come to USA in 1999. My postion is research associate in middle lever university, Major is bioorganic material in pharmarceutic sicence and I am working on the NIH grand, which is boss's grand.

I just have 25 papers, 38 citations, 14 of 38 are coLab citation. One award in China. I do not have patents and no my own grant.

Dear friends: would you please give me some suggestion about the RFE answer and estimate if I can persuade the attorney in VSC without patents and my own grant proposals? Thanks so much.
