Thank you so much for your time and help. I have received the RFE letter from VSC. As I posted, they want me to give them the evidence listed in my poster to verify I am top in my field and job waive. Actually, 6 years for H1B will expire in the end of this year. I am wondering that if the reapply for NIW by myself is better than answering the RFE:

1. RFE: I should pay lot of attorney fee to the unsatisfied lawyer; the attorney who deal with my case in VSC seems so tough that I am not so confident to persuade him/her because I do not have patents and grant that they want me to submit.Still, I need got several recommendation letter.

2. reapplying is not so long time right now. Maybe I can meet a kind attorney in VSC.

Would you please be so kind to give me some advice.
