隻要你file了I-485, 你就可以申請EAD, 取得了ead, 就可以到這個公司工作, 但是你要用了EAD, h-1就失效了. 所以, 你要有十足的把握得到485批準, 否則, 你倒時候就沒有合法身份了.這與你老公是不是六月宣誓公民沒有關係的.
