I think you missed her point.
she can file 130/485(+ EAD/AP) right away and get her green card in 6-9 months. As long as her marriage is bona fide, there is almost no chance her green card application would be denied. So she has no use for her H1. Of course whether she can file for GC right after her hu*****and gets his citizenship is very critical. Because time is everything. The sooner she files, the earlier she can get her EAD.
