You still missed the point.

If she is filing as the wife of a GC holder, she can't possibly file her 485 now unless the 130 was filed before april22 2001! If she can't file 485, how else would she get an EAD to work before September when the company won't file H1 transfer?

She is counting on being able to file for EAD in June after her hu*****and becomes a citizen which makes her eligible to file 130/485 right away and getting her EAD in 3 months so that she can work in September.
