關於綠卡

最近勞工想換工作, 可是140和485還沒有批. 但是估計也快了.
對方公司願意等, 但想知道要等多久.
是不是拿到綠卡立刻就可以走, 還是必須要在等幾個月?
還有要是勞工暫時不能FULL TIME, 對方希望先PART_TIME. 勞工能用在原來公司辦的EAD嗎?
如果用了EAD. 綠卡又沒有辦下來, 勞工還能在新公司辦H1嗎?
