用了EAD. 綠卡又沒有辦下來,he can't get h1B.

不太明白， H1不是非移民簽證嗎？ 如果是因為中間有GAP， 他先轉成H4可以嗎？ 然後在申請H1。

once I 485 is pending 6 months, he can leave by transfering his H1B( if he wants to keep H1B).

但是我們是140/485一起FILE。 都沒有批， 這樣一來也行嗎？那綠卡還能批嗎？ 實在不想在來一遍。 好不容易拿到的LC
