I-485 Approved in VSC

Hi guys,

I normally did not come to this website for immigration issues as I always thought some other websites were much better off. However, I know many of our Chinese guys on their GC track are struggling to find good information. As my final words here, I strongly recommend that you go to: immigration.com to chat and look through posts there. It will help you to reduce many misleading and confusing questions and issues.

All my family members: I, my wife, son, and daughter got I-485 approved yesterday.

Summary:

LC, approved 8/2002, NY state(2.5 months after filing)
EB2:
I-140, I-485 Concurrent filing: 1/2003
I-140 approved: 3/2004
FP1 3/2003
FP2 8/2004
RFE 11/2004
The third EAD and TD applications are pending

RFE required:
Previous company's statement(position description, 140 sponsorship)
Current company's statement(job description, corporate financial condition)
Three months payroll statement.
F1 Forms for other family members.
