Congratulations!!! One more question, when INS asked you for the paycheck, did they verify the requirement of the income amount for apply green card has to be the same as the exactly you get from the pay check? Because according to my lawyer, the employer that is not required to pay you the salary noted on your Labor Certification until your I-485 is approved. Therefore, the amounts on your Tax Returns/W-2 Forms will be acceptable to Immigration. Immigration is only trying to confirm your continued employment in a position like the one described on the Labor Certification via this RFE.
Did your lawyer mentioned it to you before? Is this true? Thank you very much!!!
