我猜測這是表示我的priority date 沒有到。

但我的preority date is Aug. 4th, 2020。現在的bulletin date of July is Sep. 1st, 2020. 我是不是要聯係USCIS? 如果是，應該怎麽聯係？用什麽Form。謝謝！
