Call USCIS at 800-375-5283 (M-F 8am-8pm Eastern) and then, follow the steps below:

  1. Reschedule interview (even if you actually do not request reschedule interview)
  2. Interview.
  3. I do not have my receipt.
  4. No, thank you.
  5. <You will be asked if they can help with anything else>
  6. Reschedule interview.
  7. Interview.
  8. <You will be put through>
