請教8老師， 關於Case Remains Pending

check my I-485 case through Case Status Online. got the folowing info.

"Case Remains Pending

We are temporarily pausing work on your application because an immigrant visa number is not immediately available to you. Once an immigrant visa number becomes immediately available to you, we will resume processing of your application."

我猜測這是表示我的priority date 沒有到。但我的preority date is Aug. 4th, 2020。現在的bulletin date of July is Sep. 1st, 2020. 我是不是要聯係USCIS? 如果是，應該怎麽聯係？用什麽Form。謝謝！
