父母是綠卡回國治療疾病後今年一年不能按時回美。請問以後有辦法再用綠卡回美嗎？謝謝。
-Your parents need to apply for reentry permit (RP) to travel which allows them to stay in China for >one year< two years.
They can leave US after conducting biometrics and then, you can mail the approved RP to them or they can request USCIS to send the approved RP to the US Consulate in Guangzhou and they can pick it up in the US Consulate.
