我2021年3月用F1 的 OPT在一個教會工作。2022年3月opt 到期。3個月後 r1 簽證批準下來，繼續在該教會工作。實際上opt到期 跟 拿到r1簽證之前的3個月 我也沒有停止工作。以下是我的問題：

1，今年3月（就是下個月）就是我在教會連續工作滿2年的時間。根據這裏的信息 https://www.uscis.gov/i-360 ，我是否可以申請綠卡？

-Yes, the church you work for can file I-360 for you after you have worked for them for at least two years. You need to wait for the I-360 approval to file I-485. If you are a minister (e.g., paster), you can file I-485 immediately after I-360 is approved. Otherwise,  you need to wait for the I-360 prority date to be current to file I-485 ieven if the I-360 is approved.

2，提交 i360的時候，我是否需要提交 opt 和 r1 簽證的相關信息？

-Yes. These document are the evidences on your legal work for the church.

如果是，他們可能會注意到中間的gap問題，是否會有麻煩？

有個朋友告訴我這個信息：

看起來，短時間的 unauthorized employment 可以豁免。是不是這樣理解？

-It is true. You can use the benefits of 245 (k) to cover your 3-month unauthorized employment. I would suggest you to file I-360 in June 2023 or later because you had 3-month unauthorized employment. Talk to your employer and the lawyer. 

3，提交 i360的時候需要提交婚姻證公證，出生證公證嗎？還是在 i485的階段？

-These documents are required for you to file I-485, not I-360.

4，i360如果批準，就進入 i485, 需要體檢和疫苗。請問現在是否還需要打 covid 疫苗？拜登宣布5月結束疫情緊急狀態，是否意味covid疫苗不再免費？

-I am not sure. You may ask the doctor who conducts the physical exam during your physical exam.
