我是這樣理解的，雖然有3個月的unauthorized employment，但我確實還在工作，下個月就是連續2年。

但如果不算那中斷的3個月，但就麻煩了，我可能需要從r1簽證生效日開始算2年，那就是明年6月才到2年。我實在不想再等。既然245（k）可以豁免，為什麽不下個月提交？
