請教8老師及其他老師

我2021年3月用F1 的 OPT在一個教會工作。2022年3月opt 到期。3個月後 r1 簽證批準下來，繼續在該教會工作。實際上opt到期跟拿到r1簽證之前的3個月我也沒有停止工作。以下是我的問題：

1，今年3月（就是下個月）就是我在教會連續工作滿2年的時間。根據這裏的信息 https://www.uscis.gov/i-360 ，我是否可以申請綠卡？

2，提交 i360的時候，我是否需要提交 opt 和 r1 簽證的相關信息？如果是，他們可能會注意到中間的gap問題，是否會有麻煩？有個朋友告訴我這個信息：

Under USCIS rules, work as a religious worker can count towards the EB-4 requirement of two continuous years of religious work even if that work was done without authorization (see the USCIS Policy Manual at https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-6-part-h-chapter-2#footnotelink-21 for more details). Ordinarily, a person who has worked in the US without authorization is not eligible to apply for a green card in the U.S.: there is, however, an exception for employment-based green card applicants (including EB-4 Special Immigrant Religious Workers) so long as they did not work without authorization for more than 180 days. It's called the INA 245(k) exception and you can read more about it at https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-7-part-b-chapter-8#S-E. Because of the above two rules, if you've worked for the church continuously since you started your OPT (even if that involves a short period of unauthorized employment), the church will be eligible to file an I-360 for you in March 2023 and you and your family will then be eligible to apply for green cards once the I-360 is approved.

看起來，短時間的 unauthorized employment 可以豁免。是不是這樣理解？

3，提交 i360的時候需要提交婚姻證公證，出生證公證嗎？還是在 i485的階段？

4，i360如果批準，就進入 i485, 需要體檢和疫苗。請問現在是否還需要打 covid 疫苗？拜登宣布5月結束疫情緊急狀態，是否意味covid疫苗不再免費？
