我是美國公民，為我父母在美國同時遞了130，485，收件日期12/07/2016. 現在I-130還沒批。因為他們已有回程機票，準備3/29/2017回中國去等移民簽證。應該怎麽轉到廣州領事館？或者隻能辦I-131， AP回中國？謝謝！
-They had better go to the local USCIS Office to get the emergency advance parole to travel. Bring their passports, I-131 filing receipt notice and I-485 filing receipt notice.
Otherwise, after I-130 is approved, you need to file I-824 to ask USCIS to forward the approved I-130 to NVC for process for them to apply for the immigrant visa in China. This will take a lot of time and money. Not good choice at all.
