我是綠卡持有者，太太的130也已經批準，優先日期還沒有到，但filing排期到了。下麵就是485和約NVC，對嗎？

-If she is living in US now, she just needs to file I-485, not NVC is involved.

另外，file 485後，有必要保持發移民身份嗎？

-Not necessary to keep non-immgrant status after filing I-485.
