請教8老師，家屬移民，已遞130，485，怎麽轉回中國等移民簽證

請問8老師：

我是美國公民，為我父母在美國同時遞了130，485，收件日期12/07/2016. 現在I-130還沒批。因為他們已有回程機票，準備3/29/2017回中國去等移民簽證。應該怎麽轉到廣州領事館？或者隻能辦I-131， AP回中國？謝謝！
