去年6月遞交的，一直無消息，這兩天收到通知，要求交兩人的出生和婚姻公證，原文如下
Please submit a certificed copy of the birth certificate issued by the appropriate civil authority for the applicant ****. ALso submit a certified copy of the marriage certificate issued by the appropriate civil authority for *** and ***. Any foreign language documents must be accompanied by a complete English translation.
在這封信的開頭還有一段小字。A foreign document must be accompanied by a translation in English. The translator must certify that he/she is competent to translate and that the translation is accurate.
在我們 去年交的材料中，就和大部分父母一樣，我們就是 交了國內公證處辦的出生公證和英文翻譯，原始結婚證沒有了，就交的公證處辦的婚姻公證和英文翻譯。這種情況我們應該怎麽半呢？
-USCIS accept the 國內公證處辦的出生公證和英文翻譯.

是不是因為翻譯是中國的，沒有說明the translator must certify that he/she is competent to translate and that the translation is accurate?隻給了我們幾天的時間來處理，請大家幫忙提提建議
-Normally 國內公證處辦的出生公證和英文翻譯 should include such the statement. So, check your 公證書 to see whether it contains such the statement. If your 公證書 has it, then it will be fine and just provide the copy of your 公證書 again to USCIS for the RFE even if you provided it when you filed I-485. But if your  公證書 does not include such the statement (some small 國內公證處 may not know what kind of 公證書 USCIS accept and thus, may not include such the statement), then you have to do the 公證書 again.
