APPROVAL DATE： FEB26， 2009

2003年遞交了I-130後就搬家了，之後作為PETITINER 未收到過任何恢複，I-797 也沒有，或收到丟了。

大概後來有打過電話谘詢，在本子上有記下一個13位WAC 數字，由此數字在網上查到上麵的APPROVAL DATE： FEB26， 2009。其他PRIORITY DATE 信息，是國內的APPLICANT 在2009年10月收到了移民局發給他們的信，讓他們等待，上麵有 PRIORITYDATE。

問題：
1。 我如何再拿到I797副本，一定要FILE i824？
-Right.

2。 APPROVAL DATE 看起來對嗎？ 這讓我懷疑 隨 手記下的 WAC 收據號是否正確。
-I don't know. But if you used the case number to ask USCIS for this approval date, it should be true.

3。 什麽時候開始申請兒童保護法庇護？ 信寄到美國移民局還是國內美國領事館？
-Do nothing. When the priority date is current, USCIS will send you the information, and then, the child just applies for the immigration visa together with the parent. From the information you provided here, if the priority date becomes current before the child turns 26 years plus 5 months old, the child should be OK to apply for the immigration visa (not age-out). So, nothing is worried about.

4。 是找這裏律師或辦事處，還是國內辦事處辦理更恰當？
