我父母的綠卡申請已在６月底寄到移民局，指紋已打完。父母上周接到電話：說我姨住在醫院快要不行了，醫院已向我姨家屬下病危通知。我媽媽和姨媽感情非常好，聽說這事非常難過，她說她唯一能做的就事回去見她一麵，所以買了當天的機票回國了。
-If they left US without AP, their I-485 probably will be denied. They can not return to US unless they are lucky their I-485 is approved (no more B2 visa due to immigration intent). They should have got the emergency AP at the local USCIS Office before they left (they actually would have got it in a few hours).

 我爸爸也陪我媽一起回去的。請８老師幫忙，如何做才能讓他們的綠卡申請不受影響？我是否能幫她們補一個緊急返鄉證?
