So if USCIS didn't realize my parents' leaving from USA, they will continute I-485 process, Do you think my parents
need an interview for 485? if they will be scheduded an interview, how do I do for that?

regarding I-824s, do you mean my parents can still complete their I-485 application and get the green cards in China?
