2/11/14 is your old passport expiration date so VO cannot sign I-94 later than this date regardless the TN expiration date. Normally you'd better off go to the border with your new passport by 2/11/14 to get the VO stamp the TN date, which is 1/16/16, on your new passport, and at the same time get your I-94 updated. Your current I-94 expiration date likely is 2/11/14. Since you have new passport in hand and you are already granted a TN so it should not have a proablem what's so ever. Just print out current I-94 from USCIS website and go to the boarder and get the new stamp. Be sure to bring both passports with you. And you must tell VO you are not renewing your TN status, instead, just with current TN (which again is already granted till 1/16/16) and get a stamp for the new passport.
It should be ok.
