- Hospital Certificate

我父親的證明應該就是戶口本吧？
但是我本人的戶口本那一頁還是出國前的紀錄（也就是說是錯誤的信息），這樣也能公正戶口本嗎？
另外我本人的醫院出生證明沒有我的名字，隻有媽媽的信息，和記錄何時生產的一名嬰兒。 是否我重新讓醫院開的出生證明裏需要有父親的名字？
現在很著急，因為要87天把證明寄給移民局。多謝幫忙！
