我父親的證明應該就是戶口本吧？
 

但是我本人的戶口本那一頁還是出國前的紀錄（也就是說是錯誤的信息），這樣也能公正戶口本嗎？
-Yes, of course!. It is not "錯誤的信息", but it is out of date. This 戶口本 is the proof of the relationship between you and your parents and it does not matter it is out of date or not, just like your US passport is your US citizenship proof no matter whether it expires or not (of course, you can not use expired passport to travel).
 

另外我本人的醫院出生證明沒有我的名字，隻有媽媽的信息，和記錄何時生產的一名嬰兒。 是否我重新讓醫院開的出生證明裏需要有父親的名字？
 

現在很著急，因為要87天把證明寄給移民局。多謝幫忙！
