thanks a lot, 8老師. My chinese colleague tolde me he really had hard time to convince our company lawyer to agree applying for EB1-B, so I do not think I can apply EB2 and EB1B the same time. In this case:

1. is it better to try EB1B firstly ? if so, what is the best Reason to make our compay lawyer agree on applying EB1-B ? told him my H1B will experie before green card ? or I tell the company I will pay for the expense.

2. Can I still appy for EB2 if I fail on EB1-B.
