先簡單交待一下我們 的情況：我是綠卡為我在加拿大的妻子（她是加拿大永久居民）辦理配偶綠卡（F2A）。現在I－130已經得到批準，正準備下一步的NVC處理。我們的狀況主要是我妻在今年7月初（當時我們還未啟動F2A）以10年往返探親簽證（B1）從加拿大多倫多機場入美國海關時，不幸因為所帶行李過多，加上在分別盤問我們時部份信息不太一致，最後導致她的入境被拒，同時她的10年往返B1簽證也被取消。其整個過程畫押備案。在最後移局官給我妻的那張“Withdrawal of Application for Admission/Consular Notification” 表中，對於Application for Admission Withdrawn 和Visa Cancelled, 他們給出的理由我摘抄如下：
At the time this time you have not able to overcome the presumption you are an intended immigrant to the United States. You have been found inadmissible into the United States in accordance with INA section Sec212(a)(7)(A)(i)(r) – Immigrant without documents. Your B1/B2 visa Foil F0400914 has been revoked based on INA 212(d)(3)(A) in coherence with 22CFR41.122(h)(6). You will require to apply for the proper visa to enter the United States in the future.
而現在，我們將直接麵對DS-230 中問題42的考驗了，其問題如下：

可以說，此問直指我們的死穴與痛處，非常現實且殘酷。但我們知道，要來的，遲早也會來，無論是現在麵對的這些表格，還是未來的領館麵試的大考。現在有幾個相關的問題，想就技術層麵向8老師進行一番請教：

<!--[if !supportLists]-->3) 3） <!--[endif]-->具體到42這個問題的回答，自然，我們應該答YES,但是真正惱人的問題是關於“Please explain”，我們應該怎樣寫？在此僅僅陳述出被拒這個事實就行了嗎，比如象我前麵摘抄的那段移民局給我妻的回執上寫的REASON那段？還是，以一個辯護者的角度對我們當時的行為進行一個稍稍合理的解釋，指出我們本無意，卻被怎麽怎麽樣，最終很遺憾導致被 拒雲雲，從而即做出合理辯護，又僻重就輕或者輕描淡寫地盡量將其負麵影響降至最低？總之，這個被拒之事是我們麵對的一道坎，如何措辭甚為關健。請問8老師有無好的建議或者範例可供我們參考使用？-Just briefly describe what happened, and stated your wife wanted to use B2 visa to enter US, but she was unable to convince the CBP officer at the port of entry that she did not have immigration intent at that time, and thus the CBP officer refused her to enter US. Then, provide the copy of the refused admission note (那張“Withdrawal of Application for Admission/Consular Notification” 表). She will be fine to get the immigration visa.
