關於interview時可能的場景：

visa offier 問： why were you refused to enter US at the port of entry?
我妻答曰："I wanted to use B2 visa to enter US  to visit my hu*****and on dd/mm/yyyy (put the date here), but I was unable to convince the CBP officer at the port of entry that I did not have the immigration intent. Thus, the CBP officer did not allow me to enter US".

officer接著可能會問：

why couldn't you convince the CBP offer that you didn't have immigration intent?
如何破解？

officer也許還可能問：
2) since you didn't have immigration intent 2 months back as you said , why are you applying for an immigration visa now, which is exactly opposite to what you meant at that time? Based on this, would it be safe to say you did have immigration intent at the time when you were at port of entry?
如何破解?

3) 以下是當時CBP officer記錄在案的有關refuse的一此細節。 Visa officer 可以輕易調出來對一些她(他)感興趣的細節發問。比如：
    3a) why did you process through different aisle at a different time than your hu*****and instead of going through together at the same time? (我們當時有意沒有走在一起而是以獨立旅客身份通關)
        如何破解？

    3b) If you are in no hurry to go to the United States, why was your hu*****and found in possession of 5 large bags full of all your belongings and you yourself have four other badgs on your personal items? (當時我們總共帶了9件行李，我幫妻拿了其中5件)
       如何破解？
   3c) why would your hu*****and lie about the wedding in Las Vegas? (我前麵說過了，我當時沒有說我妻的此行目的之一要去Vegas辦wedding而我妻說了這個，他們認定我刻意隱瞞撒謊。真是冤死了)。
      如何破解？
