趕在I-94 180天到期前出境去等h1b extension approval,拿到了再回來file 485.
隻要我沒有待超過180天，我可以簽證回來的吧？
 

如果萬一h1b被declined,拿就在國內辦綠卡的那個counseling. 兩手準備。

不過過幾天就到期了，所以馬上就要走。
