求教各位大師，怎麽辦？

由於USCIS預約6月老婆打指紋，而當時她在中國，7月中才來美。

來了之後就拿著過期的預約信去信上指定的地址（之前沒有申請重新預約），結果被拒絕。

昨天收到USCIS的信（intent to deny），限我們在33天內回複，否則I-485作廢。

我們該如何解釋呢？

急死了！
